    • What are your rates?

      Our rates are dependent on a time and material basis. Based off the kind of job needed to be preformed, it would be determined if it could be preformed by a single technician or a tech and a helper.

    • Do we install tankless water heaters?

      We do not install or work on tankless water heaters. We install top brands of tank type water heaters. From standard installations to high efficiency and recovery units.

    • Do we do free estimates?

      We offer free estimates on equipment replacement, plumbing or HVAC remodels, digups (Ex: sewer replacement)

    • Do we have any discounts?

      We offer 5% discount off the total price for military, senior citizens, or Angie's List customers.

    • What are your time frames?

      Normal business hours are from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. We schedule all clients in 3 different time windows. 


      AM window = 8:00AM-12:00PM

      Midday = 10:00AM - 2:00PM

      Afternoon = 12:00PM-3:00PM

    • Do we work on steam & hot water boilers?

      Yes, we can handle all of your boiler needs.

    • Do we do remodels?

      We love to do remodels! Need a bathroom or kitchen remodel? How about a heating or A/C remodel! Happy to take a look and see if we can serve your needs!

    • Do you offer warranties?

      All work preformed by our company is warrantied for a min of 1 year. This includes the labor and any materials.

    • Do we perform work after hours?

      Yes, we do. After hours work is on time and a half rates, with a 3 hour minimum. 

    • Are you located in DC?

      We have been located in Washington, D.C. since 1948. We happily serve all of DC and surroundings areas in Maryland and Virginia within the Beltway corridor. 

    • Do you install mini split or ductless systems?

      We sure do! And offer many brands to choose from. LG, Fujitsu, Mitsubishi, and Daikin.
